We will provide you with all the relevant Certification on completion of the work, ie. Electrical Test Certificate, Gas Safety Certificates, Building Regulations Completion Certificate, etc for you to keep safe in your records.
Planned by our own designers our loft conversions are fully compliant with current stringent thermal and structural standards. Your loft space can be transformed to more living space for you and your family. Our prices are all inclusive of design, build and local authority fees.
